88-CRIME is a program under the Pima County Attorney’s Office with the goal of aiding law enforcement agencies in their mission to stop fugitives and bring them to justice. The program is designed to provide citizens with a completely anonymous medium to report and pass on crime information to the authorities, even rewarding significant sums of money to those whose report led to the arrest of a wanted criminal.
While the points of “complete anonymity” and “rewards” may seem contradictory, 88-CRIME fulfills its promise by giving callers a unique ID number that they can show at a banking institution affiliated with the program to exchange their reward.
If you have any information that could be helpful to police and your community, you can call 88-CRIME at (520) 882-7463.
