Accepted artwork formats include PDF, TIFF, PSD, and EPS. High-resolution files are preferred at 300 DPI. The advertiser is responsible for providing the information and materials needed to produce the advertisement.
Design costs are not automatically included in the monthly advertising price unless specifically included as part of a promotion. Changes to an advertisement, photography, special logo work, or other production services may result in additional design charges.
Designs produced by Arizona Bilingual / Impresos Bilingües are treated as company-created work. If a client wants a design produced by Arizona Bilingual to be sent to another newspaper, magazine, website, or other outside outlet, additional design or photography charges may apply.
A client may change advertising creative from month to month. Production charges may apply. The uploaded contract states that changes for the next publication must be submitted before the monthly change deadline and separately identifies the 26th of each month as an advertising-material deadline.
The uploaded contract states that a client cancellation is subject to a charge equal to 50% of the total contract amount.
The uploaded contract states that the client must make an initial payment when the contract is signed and that invoices are due upon delivery of the advertisement.
