The City of Tucson Housing & Community Development is accepting applications for the Tucson Home Repair Program. This program focuses to provide financial and technical assistance to low-income homeowners faced with urgent housing repairs in the city of Tucson limits
This program focuses on four areas:
- Tucson Home Repair Program: program offers a complete home assessment and up to $20,000.00 rehabilitation
- Home Access Program: is a grant with a maximum amount of up to $10,000 per home.
- Mobile Home Repair: is a grant with a maximum amount of up to $10,000 per home.
- Lead Hazard Reduction: children under the age of six years who reside in or regularly visit these hazardous properties are referred to El Rio Health Center for FREE blood testing.
