The family is essential to develop as individuals who make up a society. The family bond forms our character with values and principles. Each member evolves, develops and has a specific role that they develop naturally. When there is correct communication, union and understanding, it will not generate negative impacts within development in difficult situations, but rather it will serve as teaching, growth and motivation.
By establishing rules and responsibilities in the home as well as involving members in decision-making, it generates a unity of respect and trust.
A functional family has the ability to face challenges and difficulties, strengthening identity, independence and communication skills and relating to society. This good self-esteem acquired from home is the source of all those principles and values that make a difference in society.
