Pima County invites the community to this first annual ‘’Fall Festival adoption event,’’ this Sunday, November 12 from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the shelter located at 4000 N. Silverbell Road, where there will be food, local radio stations, games, fun activities and also, they will be offering free adoptions, pets adopted from PACC are microchipped, spayed or neutered, and with age-appropriate vaccinations. Monica Dangler ,PACC´s Director of Animal Services said ´´the greatest focus in on the adoptable animals, we hope to see many of our lovable, deserving pets find homes at this event, but we also want to give the community an opportunity to come to enjoy family-friendly activities while celebrating this beautiful weather, and learn more about our shelter.’’ PACC currently has more than 450 dogs and 70 cats, including puppies and kittens will be free to adopt at this event, although a $20 licensing fee may apply for adult dogs.
