Reopening plans for beauty salons announced
At the press conference, Governor Ducey provided information on when salons, barbershops, and restaurants can resume operations, on a day when nonessential businesses can reopen in Arizona to a limited degree.
Arizona Governor Doug Ducey: Reports at his press conference that beauty salons, barbers, spas and more will open on May 8. These are the guides or guidelines that must be followed:
- Reduce the capacity of occupants
- Follow the cleaning and sanitation protocols very intensively.
- Provide mouth covers to employees, customers and visitors.
-Have the social distance required by the health department in waiting and service areas. - Consider working on appointments only appropriate separation between each appointment. No walk-ins
- Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds, use mouth covers and gloves, if you are sick stay home restaurant operations may return on May 11
