University High School Climbs to No. 50 in National Rankings
Tucson Unified School District is celebrating a major achievement for University High School (UHS), which has made a significant jump in the latest U.S. News & World Report high school rankings.
Among 17,945 public high schools nationwide, University High School climbed to No. 50 in the nation, rising substantially from its No. 91 ranking last year.
The school also advanced to No. 6 among high schools in Arizona, marking another important accomplishment for the UHS community.
“Congratulations to our students, families, teachers, staff, and everyone who supports University High School in all our endeavors! University High School will continue doing what we do, which is providing a world-class education to world-class students,” said UHS Principal Alberto Ranjel.
The recognition highlights the dedication and academic achievement of University High School students, educators, families, and staff, as well as the continued support of the Tucson Unified School District community
