Pride Month
Pride Month recognizes the diversity and rights of the LGBTQ+ community.
During this month, marches, festivals, and activities are held that promote inclusion, equality, and respect. In addition to being a celebration, it is also a time to remember the fight against discrimination and support the visibility of all people.
Its origin is in the 1969 Stonewall riots in New York, considered the beginning of the modern movement for LGBTQ+ rights.
