McDonald’s launches a national initiative to support health workers with free lunches from April 22nd to May 5th

In appreciation of everything 1st responders and health care workers are doing to protect our communities and help keep everyone safe, McDonald’s restaurants are offering free “Thank You Meals” served in McDonald’s iconic Happy Meal Box to provide happiness to these heroes on the front lines from April 22^nd to May 5^th.
