The City of Tucson is hiring court clerks and senior court clerks for Tucson City Court. These positions will provide clerical support to the court and assist the public.
A court clerk processes, maintains, and distributes information and files to internal and external parties. A senior court clerk provides administrative and research support to the court, court clerks, and judges, and handles situations requiring variance from usual and normal procedures.
Both positions require a high school diploma or G.E.D., as well as experience in administrative support, confidential information handling, and customer service, preferably in a court setting or as a paralegal. In addition to meeting the minimum requirements of each position, the ideal candidates will also be proficient in Spanish.
Applications must be received by July 14. Written exams and virtual panel interviews will be held in August.
