A LendingTree analysis of Google search data reveals the 10 cities with the largest spikes in online home sales.
Tucson received the largest percentage increase in Google searches for “homes for sale” with a 164.71% increase by the end of April.
LendingTree believes Americans are resuming their house hunting online after taking a pause during the initial stages of the COVID-19 outbreak.
Low interest rates and the anticipation that there may be fewer buyers appear to be driving renewed interest in the housing market.
