Beginning May 25 at Eight Southern Arizona National Park Sites, including Saguaro National Park.
The National Park Services in Tucson have made an important collaboration with all parks in Southern Arizona to implement fire restrictions since the dangers of extensive fires have increased. This will be effective starting May 25, 2022. This collaboration includes the prohibition of campfires, smoking and use of any type of firearms or explosives. If these fire restrictions in these lands are violated then there’ll be serious consequences.
