RESPONDING TO 2020 CENSUS ONLINE HELPS PROTECT WORKERS – Most households should have received invitations to respond to the U.S. Census. More than 5 million people have already responded.

Responding online, over the phone, or by mail means that census takers will not have to visit locations to help ensure an accurate count.

The Census Bureau has adjusted some of its operations to help protect the health and safety of the public and its workers, including rescheduling key dates for early non-response follow-up operations.
