The Trump administration in its press conference announced this morning that the southern border with Mexico will be partially closed for tourists and essential trips.
This WILL NOT affect commercial traffic and people that work in both sides of the border between the United States and Mexico. It seems this action will start in the next hours. Remember, there will be a lot of security, regular vehicles and torisum will not be allowed to cross the US border between Mexico and US.
