Receive a reminder to sign up for city´s new utility services payment system

The City of Tucson will be implementing a new payment system for utility services accounts (water, sewer/wastewater, trash/recycling). All customers who pay online or use auto-payment/auto-draft will be required to create a new account beginning June 17.

The new system will be safe, secure, and easy to use. Tucson Water has been sending notices to its customers.

To receive a reminder to sign up for the new payment system, please visit the website linked below and enter your email address or telephone number. You can also text UTILITY to 313131 to get an alert when the sign-up period begins.

You will not be asked to enter any financial information and the City of Tucson will not share your email address or telephone number.
