By obtaining, accepting, registering or submitting an official Car Giveaway entry ticket, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules & Regulations and the decisions of the Sponsor, subject to applicable law.

Global Multimedia, LLC d/b/a Arizona Bilingual Newspaper is referred to throughout these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.”
Vehicle/Prize Provider
Pull N Save
Pull N Save is referred to throughout these Official Rules as the “Vehicle/Prize Provider.”
The Sponsor is responsible for administering and promoting the Giveaway, distributing or authorizing the distribution of official entry tickets, collecting eligible entries, conducting or supervising the random drawing, and verifying the potential winner.
Pull N Save is providing the vehicle to be awarded as the Grand Prize and will participate in the lawful transfer of the vehicle as applicable.
Pull N Save is not responsible for the administration, collection of entries, random drawing or winner selection except to the extent expressly agreed upon by the Sponsor and Vehicle/Prize Provider.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY — FREE ENTRY
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Participation in the Car Giveaway is FREE.
Participants are not required to:
● Purchase a product or service;
● Make a donation;
● Pay an admission fee;
● Pay for a giveaway ticket;
● Make a contribution;
● Become a customer of the Sponsor or Vehicle/Prize Provider; or
● Provide any other monetary consideration in exchange for an entry.
A purchase, payment, donation or other financial transaction will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
Official Car Giveaway tickets have no monetary or cash value.
Tickets may not be:
● Sold;
● Resold;
● Purchased;
● Auctioned;
● Exchanged for cash;
● Duplicated;
● Reproduced;
● Counterfeited; or
● Obtained through an unauthorized method.
Any ticket that has been sold, purchased, copied, altered, forged, duplicated or otherwise improperly obtained may be declared invalid.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The 2026 Car Giveaway is open only to individuals who:
1. Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
2. Are a legal resident of the State of Arizona at the time of entry and when the prize is awarded;
3. Obtain an official free Car Giveaway ticket through an authorized distribution method;
4. Comply with these Official Rules; and
5. Are physically present at the final drawing as required by these Official Rules.
The potential winner must provide satisfactory proof of identity, age and Arizona residency before being declared the Official Winner.
Acceptable documentation may include a valid Arizona driver’s license, Arizona identification card, or other government-issued identification together with acceptable proof of Arizona residency.
Individuals Who Are Not Eligible
The following individuals are not eligible:
● Owners, officers, directors or employees of Global Multimedia, LLC d/b/a Arizona Bilingual Newspaper who are directly involved in administering the Giveaway;
● Owners, officers, directors or employees of Pull N Save who are directly involved in administering the Giveaway or selecting the winner;
● Individuals directly responsible for conducting or supervising the final drawing;
● Employees of an advertising or promotional agency directly responsible for administering the Giveaway;
● Immediate family members of any individual directly involved in administering or selecting the winner; and
● Members of the same household as an individual directly involved in administering or selecting the winner.
For purposes of these Official Rules, immediate family includes spouses, domestic partners, parents, children and siblings, including step-relations.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on:
September 13, 2026
and ends on:
Sunday, November 22, 2026 at the official entry closing time announced by the Sponsor.
This period is referred to as the “Promotion Period.”
No additional entries will be accepted after the official entry deadline.
The Sponsor may announce the final entry cutoff time through its website, social-media channels, participating promotional events and/or at the final Giveaway event.
5. HOW TO RECEIVE A FREE TICKET
Eligible participants may receive an official FREE Car Giveaway Entry Ticket at authorized Arizona Bilingual promotional events, participating locations, community events, Sponsor promotions or other distribution locations announced by the Sponsor during the Promotion Period.
Tickets are available free of charge and while supplies last at authorized distribution locations.
The Sponsor may announce additional authorized ticket-distribution opportunities during the Promotion Period.
Receiving a ticket does not require the participant to purchase anything or make a donation.
6. HOW TO ENTER
Each valid official Car Giveaway ticket represents one eligible entry when properly submitted in accordance with the instructions provided by the Sponsor.
Participants may be required to provide information such as:
● Full legal name;
● Telephone number;
● Email address;
● City;
● Arizona ZIP Code;
● Confirmation that the entrant is at least 18 years old; and
● Ticket or entry number.
All information provided must be complete, accurate and truthful.
Illegible, incomplete, altered, fraudulent, counterfeit or improperly submitted entries may be disqualified.
If an official ticket contains a participant portion or matching numbered stub, participants should retain their portion until the Giveaway has concluded.
The Sponsor may require presentation of the original participant ticket or matching ticket number to verify a winning entry.
7. ENTRY LIMIT
The standard entry limit is:
One (1) free ticket per eligible person per authorized ticket-distribution event or promotional opportunity.
An eligible participant may receive another free ticket at a different authorized Car Giveaway promotional event or distribution opportunity during the Promotion Period.
Participants may not obtain additional entries through purchases, payments or donations.
Attempts to circumvent the entry limits by using false names, false contact information, duplicate identities or other fraudulent methods may result in disqualification of all entries associated with that participant.
8. GRAND PRIZE
One (1) eligible winner will receive one (1) vehicle provided by Pull N Save.

The exact vehicle information must be accurately disclosed before the vehicle is awarded.
The prize consists only of the vehicle and any equipment specifically stated to be included.
Decorations, signs, promotional materials or other items displayed with the vehicle are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. NO CASH ALTERNATIVE
The Grand Prize:
● Is not redeemable for cash;
● May not be exchanged for cash;
● May not be substituted for another prize at the winner’s request; and
● May not be transferred to another person before the prize is officially awarded.
The winner will receive the vehicle described in the final prize disclosure.
After legal ownership of the vehicle has been transferred to the winner, the winner may sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of the vehicle in accordance with applicable law.
10. VEHICLE AWARDED “AS IS”
The vehicle is a pre-owned vehicle unless expressly stated otherwise.
The vehicle will be awarded in its condition at the time of transfer, “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS,” to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The potential winner is encouraged to review the vehicle and available vehicle documentation before accepting the prize.
Except for representations expressly made in these Official Rules and obligations that cannot legally be waived or disclaimed, neither the Sponsor nor Vehicle/Prize Provider makes an additional guarantee concerning the vehicle’s future:
● Mechanical condition;
● Electrical condition;
● Cosmetic condition;
● Reliability;
● Maintenance requirements;
● Useful life;
● Fuel economy; or
● Fitness for a particular purpose.
Any legally required disclosure concerning the vehicle’s title status, odometer, rebuilt or salvage status, or other material vehicle information will be made as required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any disclosure, warranty of title, fraud protection or other legal obligation that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. RANDOM DRAWING
The potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The official drawing time will be announced by the Sponsor before the drawing through one or more official communication channels.
The random drawing will be conducted or supervised by representatives designated by Global Multimedia, LLC d/b/a Arizona Bilingual Newspaper.
The Sponsor may maintain records documenting the drawing process.
The Sponsor’s decisions regarding valid entries, eligibility and administration of the drawing are final, subject to applicable law.
12. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
No purchase, payment or donation will increase a participant’s odds of winning.
Each eligible entry included in the final drawing will have an equal opportunity to be selected, subject to these Official Rules.
13. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN
THE POTENTIAL WINNER MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT AT THE OFFICIAL FINAL DRAWING TO WIN.
When a ticket or entrant is randomly selected, the Sponsor will announce the potential winner’s name, ticket number or other identifying information available from the entry.
The selected participant will have approximately five (5) minutes from the initial announcement to report to the designated Giveaway officials.
The Sponsor may make multiple announcements during this period.
If the selected participant:
● Is not present;
● Does not respond within the allotted time;
● Cannot provide satisfactory identification;
● Cannot establish Arizona residency;
● Does not meet the minimum age requirement;
● Cannot provide or verify the winning ticket when required;
● Has violated these Official Rules; or
● Is otherwise ineligible, the potential winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
The Sponsor may then conduct another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
This process may continue until an eligible potential winner is selected.
14. POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION
Being selected during the drawing does not automatically make the selected entrant the Official Winner.
The selected entrant is considered a Potential Winner until the Sponsor verifies that all eligibility and documentation requirements have been satisfied.
The Potential Winner may be required to provide:
● Valid government-issued photo identification;
● Proof of Arizona residency;
● Original winning ticket or matching ticket information, if applicable;
● Signed Declaration or Affidavit of Eligibility;
● Signed Prize Acceptance Agreement;
● Signed Vehicle Condition / AS-IS Acknowledgment;
● IRS Form W-9;
● Information necessary to transfer vehicle title;
● Proof of insurance before personally driving the vehicle; and
● Any other documentation reasonably required to legally award and transfer the vehicle.
If the Potential Winner does not satisfy these requirements, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
15. DRIVER’S LICENSE
A participant does not need to possess a driver’s license merely to enter or be selected as the winner, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
However, the winner may not personally drive the vehicle from the delivery location unless the winner has:
● A valid driver’s license authorizing the winner to operate the vehicle;
● Legally required automobile insurance; and
● Any additional documentation required by law.
If the winner cannot legally drive the vehicle, the winner must arrange lawful transportation of the vehicle, such as an appropriately insured licensed driver or towing service.
16. AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE
The winner is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all automobile insurance required by Arizona law before operating the vehicle on a public roadway.
Proof of valid insurance may be required before the winner is permitted to personally drive the vehicle away from the delivery location.
The cost of obtaining and maintaining insurance is the responsibility of the winner.
17. TITLE, REGISTRATION AND LICENSE PLATES
The Vehicle/Prize Provider or other lawful titled owner will provide the documentation reasonably required to transfer ownership of the vehicle to the verified winner.
The winner is responsible for timely completing the winner’s portion of the Arizona title and registration process.
Unless the Sponsor or Vehicle/Prize Provider expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the winner is responsible for applicable:
● Title fees;
● Registration fees;
● License plate fees;
● Vehicle license tax;
● Emissions testing, if applicable;
● Insurance;
● Inspection expenses, if legally required; and
● Other governmental expenses associated with registering and operating the vehicle.
These amounts are governmental, insurance or service-provider expenses and are not fees paid to the Sponsor or Vehicle/Prize Provider to enter or win the Giveaway.
The previous vehicle owner will remove or otherwise handle the existing license plate as required by applicable law and complete any required Sold Notice or vehicle-transfer notification.
The winner is responsible for completing the required title and registration process within the time required by Arizona law.
18. TAXES
Acceptance of the vehicle may result in taxable income to the winner.
The fair market value of the vehicle may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities as required by law.
The Sponsor and/or entity legally responsible for reporting the prize may issue the winner an applicable tax document, including an IRS Form 1099-MISC, when required.
The winner may be required to complete and provide an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is released.
The winner is solely responsible for the winner’s personal federal, state and local tax obligations arising from acceptance of the prize.
The winner will not be required to pay income taxes directly to Global Multimedia, LLC d/b/a Arizona Bilingual Newspaper or Pull N Save as a condition of winning the vehicle.
The winner should consult an independent tax professional regarding the tax consequences of accepting the prize.
19. VEHICLE DELIVERY
The vehicle may be delivered after:
1. The Potential Winner’s eligibility has been verified;
2. Required identification has been presented;
3. Required prize documents have been completed;
4. Required tax information has been provided;
5. Required title-transfer documentation has been completed; and
6. Proof of insurance has been provided if the winner intends to drive the vehicle from the delivery location.
The prize does not necessarily have to be physically released to the winner at the exact moment of the drawing.
The Sponsor and Vehicle/Prize Provider may schedule a separate date and location to complete the lawful vehicle transfer and delivery.
20. WINNER’S RESPONSIBILITY AFTER TRANSFER
Once lawful title transfer and delivery have been completed, the winner becomes responsible for the vehicle, including its:
● Operation;
● Transportation;
● Maintenance;
● Repairs;
● Insurance;
● Registration;
● Parking;
● Storage;
● Taxes and fees;
● Traffic violations;
● Towing charges; and
● Future use.
Global Multimedia, LLC d/b/a Arizona Bilingual Newspaper and Pull N Save are not responsible for damage, accidents, tickets, mechanical problems or other events occurring after lawful transfer and delivery of the vehicle, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded or waived.
21. PRIZE MAY BE DECLINED
The Potential Winner is not required to accept the vehicle.
If the Potential Winner voluntarily declines the Grand Prize, that entrant:
● Will not receive cash instead;
● Will not receive another prize;
● Will not receive compensation; and
● Will have no ownership interest in the vehicle.
The Sponsor may select another Potential Winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
22. PUBLICITY AND WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Grand Prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to photograph, video record and publicly identify the winner in connection with the Giveaway and prize presentation.
The Sponsor may use the winner’s:
● Name;
● City of residence;
● Photograph;
● Likeness;
● Voice;
● Video; and
● Images from the prize presentation for legitimate editorial, news, advertising and promotional purposes relating to the Giveaway without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
The winner may also be publicly announced on Arizona Bilingual Newspaper’s website, social-media platforms, publication and other media channels.
23. FRAUDULENT, ALTERED OR UNAUTHORIZED TICKETS
The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate and disqualify any ticket or entrant reasonably believed to involve:
● Fraud;
● Counterfeiting;
● Unauthorized duplication;
● Ticket alteration;
● Ticket purchasing or selling;
● False identity;
● False entry information;
● Manipulation of the drawing;
● Circumvention of entry limits; or
● Other violation of these Official Rules.
Any entry obtained through fraud or an unauthorized method is void.
24. LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED TICKETS
Participants are responsible for safeguarding any physical ticket or claimant portion that they are required to retain.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged or illegible tickets.
If the winning process requires the entrant to possess an original matching ticket or claimant portion, a photograph, photocopy or reproduction may not be accepted as a substitute unless expressly approved by the Sponsor after verification.
25. INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT INFORMATION
The Sponsor is not responsible for an entrant providing:
● An incorrect name;
● Incorrect telephone number;
● Incorrect email address;
● Incorrect address;
● Illegible information; or
● Other inaccurate entry information.
Participants are responsible for ensuring information provided in connection with an entry is accurate.
Knowingly providing false information may result in disqualification.
26. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway may be used to:
● Administer the Giveaway;
● Verify eligibility;
● Maintain entry records;
● Conduct the random drawing;
● Contact or identify a Potential Winner;
● Transfer the vehicle;
● Satisfy tax and legal requirements; and
● Maintain legally required records.
Participation in the Giveaway does not automatically authorize unrelated marketing emails or text messages where separate consent is required by law.
Any optional marketing consent should be presented separately from Giveaway entry.
The Sponsor will use reasonable measures to protect personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway.
27. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
The Giveaway may be advertised on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other social-media platforms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok or any other social-media platform.
Participants understand that information submitted in connection with the Giveaway is being provided to the Sponsor and not to those social-media platforms.
28. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that Global Multimedia, LLC d/b/a Arizona Bilingual Newspaper, Pull N Save, participating promotional locations, event organizers and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents will not be responsible for claims or losses arising solely from:
● Participation in the Giveaway;
● A participant’s failure to comply with these Official Rules;
● False information supplied by an entrant;
● Acceptance or rejection of the Grand Prize; or
● The winner’s ownership, maintenance, transportation or operation of the vehicle after lawful transfer and delivery.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to eliminate liability that cannot legally be disclaimed or waived under applicable law.
29. TAMPERING OR INTERFERENCE
Any person who intentionally interferes with the lawful administration of the Giveaway may be disqualified.
Prohibited conduct includes:
● Manipulating entries;
● Counterfeiting tickets;
● Attempting to influence the random drawing;
● Impersonating another entrant;
● Threatening Giveaway personnel;
● Interfering with entry collection; or
● Attempting to obtain an unfair advantage.
The Sponsor reserves the right to preserve and provide evidence of suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
30. CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT OR MODIFICATION
If circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially interfere with the fairness, integrity, safety or lawful operation of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may modify, postpone, suspend or cancel the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
Such circumstances may include:
● Fraud;
● Natural disaster;
● Severe weather;
● Government order;
● Venue cancellation;
● Public-safety emergency;
● Technical failure;
● Destruction or unavailability of the prize;
● Legal or regulatory requirements; or
● Other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
The Sponsor will provide reasonable public notice of a material change whenever practical.
This provision does not permit the Sponsor to manipulate the drawing or unfairly favor an entrant.
31. PRIZE SUBSTITUTION
If the advertised vehicle becomes unavailable because of circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s or Vehicle/Prize Provider’s reasonable control before it is awarded, the Sponsor and Vehicle/Prize Provider may substitute another vehicle or prize of equal or greater approximate fair market value where permitted by law.
Any material substitution will be disclosed to participants.
32. FAIR ADMINISTRATION
The Sponsor will administer the Giveaway using the same eligibility standards and Official Rules for all participants.
No employee, Sponsor representative, Vehicle/Prize Provider representative, vendor, partner, advertiser or other person may guarantee that an entrant will win.
No participant may purchase better odds of winning.
33. SPONSOR’S DECISIONS
Global Multimedia, LLC d/b/a Arizona Bilingual Newspaper is responsible for interpreting and administering these Official Rules.
The Sponsor’s decisions concerning:
● Eligibility;
● Valid tickets;
● Valid entries;
● Entry limits;
● Drawing procedures;
● Potential Winner verification; and
● Compliance with these Official Rules are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
34. GOVERNING LAW
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Arizona.
To the extent permitted by law, any legal action concerning the Giveaway will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pima County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
35. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
36. OFFICIAL RULES CONTROL
These Official Rules constitute the official rules governing the 2026 Car Giveaway.
Abbreviated advertisements, flyers, social-media posts, radio advertisements, event announcements and other promotional materials may contain shortened descriptions of the Giveaway.
If an abbreviated advertisement conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules will control to the extent permitted by law.
37. CHANGES TO OFFICIAL RULES
Once the Promotion Period begins, the Sponsor should not materially change eligibility requirements, entry requirements, prize terms or drawing procedures except when reasonably necessary because of circumstances described in these Official Rules or applicable law.
Any material authorized change will be published through the Sponsor’s official communication channels.
38. WINNER INFORMATION
After the Official Winner has been verified, the Sponsor may publish the winner’s name and city of residence.
The winner may also be announced through:
● Arizona Bilingual Newspaper;
● Arizona Bilingual’s website;
● Arizona Bilingual social-media platforms;
● Photographs or video from the event; and
● Other Sponsor media channels.
