MORE DEVELOPMENT COMING TO TUCSON

Business development continues across parts of Tucson. The latest projects on the horizon include a hotel on Tucson’s southeast side and another restaurant on the south side. A 73-unit hotel will be built at 9095 S. Rita Road, in the Interstate Commerce Park, just north of Interstate 10. Seaver Franks Architects Inc. is the contractor for the $4.1 million project. Other details of the hotel have not been released. Dallas-based Dave & Busters is building a 30,085 square-foot restaurant and video arcade that will be located in the Tucson Marketplace, near Park Avenue and I-10. It is expected to open in the spring 2017.
