The City of Tucson’s new online utility payment system (water, sewer, and trash/recycling) is now in operation. All customers must register to set up or continue online and automatic bill payments.
The new system offers several benefits, including enrolling in autopay, making one-time payments, managing multiple accounts, viewing a bill, and setting up email/text payment reminders.
For security reasons, the City cannot transfer a customer’s account and financial information. A new account can be set up in as little as 12 minutes. Follow the links below to get started or get answers to frequently asked questions.
