The City of Tucson’s new online utility payment system (water, sewer, and trash/recycling) is live. All customers must register to set up or continue online and automatic payments before midnight on July 18.
This new system offers multiple benefits, including enrolling in autopay, making one-time payments, managing multiple accounts, viewing a bill, and setting up email/text payment reminders.
For security reasons, the City cannot transfer a customer’s account and financial information.
