Tucson, AZ – Kim States, President/CEO of Better Business Bureau (BBB) serving Southern Arizona, has taken a position as President/CEO at the BBB serving Denver/Boulder Colorado.
States has served as President of the Tucson BBB since 2008; prior to taking the CEO position she served two years as the Media Relations/Marketing Director at the Tucson BBB. In her time at the Tucson BBB, States and her team more than doubled the membership base and increased retention by more than 10 percent. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Council of Better Business Bureaus and sits on the Bureau Operating Committee as chair of the Budget and Finance Subcommittee.
Candice Agee-Reed, Director of Operations at the Tucson BBB, has been named Interim CEO.
