There is no easy and tastier way to get your greens, for you, and for the kids, when you blend your veggies they are absorbed faster.
You can make one of this for breakfast, or anytime during the day for a pick me up energy, without the caffeine, sugar or guilt.
Ingredients:
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup ice cubes
1 1/2. Cups watermelon and cantaloupe or/honey dew.
Juice of a lime
1 ripe banana
1 cup water.
Directions:
Add all ingredients to your home blender starting with the water and finishing with the ice, blend on high until smooth.
Enjoy fresh!
