The City of Tucson Small Business Assistance Line, (520) 837-4100, helps callers with the licensing, planning, and permitting process, and connects them with additional business resources. Staff from the City Manager’s Office of Economic Initiatives answer the calls from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and assistance is available in both English and Spanish.
