Toxic mothers: characteristics that differentiate them

It is difficult to figure out the profile of a toxic mother, however, they exist and generally they are those that have the following characteristics:

Mothers with a lack of self-esteem who seek to fill their gaps through their children. Similarly, mothers who use their children to meet goals that they did not reach. Possessive and jealous mothers with an excessive need to control every aspect and justify their behavior with slogans of love. Manipulative and authoritarian mothers who use emotional blackmail to achieve goals and refuse to accept that their children have their own opinions.
