Spring arrives and instinctively the desire to go out and enjoy nature, especially our garden, gardening is a good reason to get outdoors more often in spring. You don’t need land, not even a terrace, the balcony can become a green corner if you dedicate your attention to it. It is incredible how excited children get to be involved in building and/or taking care of a garden, so don’t leave them out of this activity so that they can learn to love and respect nature. Even those who have more space could create their vegetable patch.
After a long winter, it is not only beautiful but also healthy to spend some time in the sun. Sunlight promotes the formation of vitamin D, which is essential for numerous bodily functions, including defenses. Get your skin used to the sun little by little to avoid dangerous burns. The time you can remain without protection depends on the time of day and your skin type since the visits to the park that children enjoy so much begin again, also make a routine to walk and walk your pet while the little ones use their bicycle or skateboard.
The snow car has been present during the winter, since we have had days of warm weather, however, visits to our favorite ice cream places cannot wait any longer.
And of course, we have picnic days, with so many activities that we can do, such as flying kites, feeding the ducks, visits to the Zoo, Aquariums, botanical gardens, going fishing, excursions, painting Easter eggs, going out to take photographs of nature, with the beautiful sunsets, reading a book outdoors, crafts, outdoor painting session…
There are tons of new things to discover in your community this spring. Get out with your family to see what new places and activities you can explore!
