Meditation is a mental training with which certain essential human qualities are cultivated. Eliminating all the thoughts that fill your mind and cause you stress. The essential core of all forms of meditation is the concentration of attention. You can focus on different objects: your breathing, physical sensations, emotions, smells, sounds or an image in your mind. The goal of meditation is to concentrate and therefore calm the mind.
Meditation connects us with ourselves on a deep level, giving us inner peace. This ancient practice tries to educate the mind to anchor itself in the present, free itself from thoughts and reduce stress.
