The Best Of Two Worlds

Editor´s letter

Welcome April!  where spring, allergies and outdoor events are everywhere. This is the time of the year with so many Festival land concerts, there is hard to choose.

It seems that after two years of being between quarantine and locked up, taking care of ourselves, with not very good news, with fear, fear, deaths, illnesses and many back and forth, we leave the cave and go where we can! We got tired of so much lockdown, that’s decisive!

Telling all of you, to be careful is not unnecessary, the majority of people vaccinated as young people, seniors and children seemed to have made a difference.

We just go notified, the Centers for Disease Control, CDC, tell us that there is a new booster dose for people over 50 years of age, it would be the fourth dose for many and where there is fire crossed, because half of the doctors in the country agree and the other half do not. My advice is that it is a decision that each of you must make.

Changing the subject and speaking of events, I am sharing with you during this month of April, there are events everywhere in Tucson, some of them are outdoors, others private concerts, as well as many other events for all ages.

In Arizona Bilingual, we are not the exception, and we want to invite all children and families of Tucson to join us in this spectacular event, celebrating children, on Sunday, April 24th, as part of the eleventh annual Children’s Day event, this will take place at the children’s museum from 10 am to 2 pm. Our great surprise is that we are offering the admission FREE to the museum for the whole family, At the same time, we will have several other activities for children and adults, that includes: Live music, folklorico dances, groups, mariachis, raffles, gifts and Food Trucks. In addition,we will have vaccinations for everyone thanks to Pima County in partnership with Rio Health. Also, take advantage of all businesses, organizations, corporations, free information, and community resources. Join us with the family and spend a nice Sunday with lots of fun for everyone!

Can we count on you? If your business or organization is interested in being part of the event, you can contact us at (520) 305-4110 or info@newsazb.com

To conclude, I want to invite all you to continue to be proactive in your family circle, and community. I’d like to remind you that it is never too late to continue educating ourselves. You always can look for English classes, finishing our high school, computing. Marketing, social media, or starting college and university. There are many free resources in our communities; follow your dreams, be more successful and lead by example!

As always, I thank you for your attention, wishing you an excellent month! Let’s continue to inspire and empower the new generations!
