Fair housing impacts your qualify of life including access to employment, education, healthcare, food, and home equity.

Take a free online class to learn about fair housing history, where FHA applies, the seven protected classes, complaint statistics, prohibited activities, signs of discrimination, cases and more. Learn how to file a fair housing complaint inquiry with SERI and receive a certificate of attendance. To attend a public class please email workshops@seriaz.org. Is your workplace or community group interested in learning about their fair housing rights? Schedule a private class by emailing Rachel Spitz at rspitz@seriaz.org.
