Obama’s Executive Action to benefit 5 million immigrants in the US

Last November 2014, President Barack Obama authorized a series of executive actions in a concentrated effort to ease illegal immigration in the US. Among the highlights of this executive action, he stresses the deportation of delinquents, not families, and requires certain undocumented immigrants to pass a criminal background check. Candidates to benefit from this mandate are required to pay taxes in order to temporarily stay in the US without fear of deportation.

Please be on alert for immigration scams as “these initiatives have not yet been implemented, and USCIS is not accepting any requests or applications at this time.” Beware of anyone who offers to help you submit an application or a request for any of these actions before they are available.
