Free Martinez General Manager for TitleBucks Tucson’s “Barrio Hollywood

Free Martinez was born in Redlands California and raised in Tucson Arizona since 1988. Graduating from Amphi High School Free continued her education at Pima Community College and eventually gained her management experience by working hands on in the finance and rent to own industry. Free came on board as a general manager with TMX finance in July of 2013, since November she’s been the general manager for TitleBucks in Tucson’s “Barrio Hollywood” neighborhood. During her short time running her store she has received recognition for quarter 1 performance and has been able to maintain a top 10 store position company wide.

Free has always been an avid volunteer in her community, starting with “School time for DriveTime” where she was the lead in organizing partnerships with local elementary schools and the company; volunteering her time with local non-profits and now being able to continue her service with her current company. “I’ve never worked for a company that cared more about helping out the community”
What Free has enjoyed most about working with TitleBucks is her opportunity to build long standing relationships-Not just with its clients but with local business she may never have had the opportunity to partner with. Being able to help out her community in times of need is not only rewarding for the team, but personally. The company itself has given her the work-life freedom she’d always hoped for. TMX finance is a company that truly cares about its employees and their future. With the rapid growth of the company and the support of her team Free see’s herself going far.
When she’s not talking enthusiastically about what she does for a living, Free enjoys the outdoors, cooking and spending time with her family. She enjoys reconnecting with old faces but loves meeting new ones, if you’re ever in the area stop by and say hello! You may just end up with a friend for life.
