This past month we celebrated the graduation of many University of Arizona students who now embark on a new adventure. We have also witnessed 8th Grade Promotion Ceremonies and High School Graduations throughout the state. Watching all these students walk across the stage and receive this educational recognition is not only an accomplishment for them, but also their families and communities.
At the University of Arizona we salute all students who have now finished their degrees from our institution and say “Welcome” to all of our incoming freshmen and transfer students.
Students and parents, don’t forget that college is not a dream – it’s a plan!
We encourage all of you to find out more about University of Arizona admissions, financial aid and academic well roundedness in order to become Wildcat Ready! For example, you might think that the Sweet 16 is just the last few teams in the NCAA basketball tournament, but it’s also the key to going to college. Taking 4 years of math, 4 years of English, 3 years of lab sciences, 2 years of social sciences, 2 years of the same foreign language and 1 year of fine arts can lead you to your own personal championship – a university degree!
